This Instagram posting suggests that Mark Adair is leaving Warwickshire. Anyone heard anything?

I haven't heard anything.  But last month, Simon did post that Adair had had his contract terminated for disciplinary reasons.  He was asked for his sources but didn't reply.  Seems like maybe he was right.

I understand, from very reputable sources, Mark is leaving due to injury issues, not for any other reason.
While Robert may be bad, Robert is not all Mugabe's.
There are GOOD Mugabe's
It is Warwickshire County Cricket Club!

Well, all we know for sure is that he's gone, as evidenced by the Instagram posting plus he has been removed from the list of players on the Club site.

An announcement from the Club:
Warwickshire County Cricket Club has released seam-bowling all-rounder Mark Adair from his current contract.

Born in Holywood, Northern Ireland, Adair (21) joined the Warwickshire Academy ahead of the 2013 season and made his First Class debut against Somerset in 2015, where he took the wicket of Marcus Trescothick, before signing his first professional contract the following year.
He went on to make two First Class, three List A and six T20 appearances for the Bears and also played club cricket locally for Harborne CC and Moseley CC.
Ashley Giles, Sport Director at Warwickshire CCC, said: “We thank Mark for everything that he has given to Warwickshire CCC since he joined the club Academy.
“Unfortunately for Mark, places in the senior ranks have been limited for him so we believe that it’s in his best interests to pursue other opportunities to fulfil his ambitions within the game. We wish him every success in the future.”
